*PFD Academy is $175.00 enrollment fee before May 1st plus $100 tuition fee per month. After May1st the enrollment fee is $295.00 plus $100 tuition fee per month. Applications can be found on the link located below.
HOW TO ENROLL FOR THE 2010-2011
PFD ACADEMY
Step 1: Call PFD at ____(888) 554-2123_____ to ensure that there are spots available for the location you are interested in.
Step 2: Parent(s) and the student(s) must attend and participate in at least 2 PFD classes. The student(s) will be evaluated by PFD staff members.
Step 3: Parent(s) and/or student(s) may be required to be interviewed by PFD’s enrollment committee and/or Board members to determine if PFD is a fit for all parties concerned.
Step 4: If the parent(s) and student(s) are voted in, they will be given a registration packet to complete and return to PFD.
Step 5: The completed registration packet must be returned along with the enrollment fee no later than May 18, 2010.
